Strategy
Borderline Command
★★★★☆ 4.2
Borderline Command asks you to manage supply lines, defend chokepoints and expand without overreaching. It's the kind of strategy game where a bad early choice haunts you three turns later, and I mean that as praise. It respects your attention.
The touch interface is thoughtfully done. Dragging units and queuing orders feels natural, and you rarely misfire a command because the tap targets are generous. There's a real learning curve, though — the first few games I lost badly before things clicked.
It runs light and the battery holds up well, which matters for a game you'll want to play in long sessions. My only gripe is that the tutorial rushes some concepts you'll wish it explained more slowly.
